On average, our custom projects take between 4 - 6 weeks to complete.

There are several important steps involved to create a custom piece. Each project is unique, and our approach is tailored to match. We don't rush the process; it is important that we get it right. 

We welcome clients from all over the world. For out-of-state or international clients, we use a custom process to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience. Our communication methods include video calls, high-resolution images, and videos. We also ship test models for fit and design confirmation.

Price varies for custom work and heirloom redesign. Primarily, it depends on the materials used and the complexity of the design. We strive to be competitive and will work with you on budgeting during our initial consultation. We do not have a minimum cost for custom work and heirloom redesign. However, we typically see prices start at $500 for design projects with minimal complexity.

We ask for 50% down as an installment to start the project after our initial consultation, preliminary design and quote is provided for review. The final 50% is due once the piece is complete prior to shipping or pick-up at our studio. 

When you are ready to move forward with an heirloom redesign project, our studio will send you a FedEx-insured shipping label to safely transport your original piece(s) to our workshop for evaluation. If you are able to visit our studio, we will arrange a meeting at the workshop to receive your pieces. When we receive your original pieces, we work with you to decide the specific materials to repurpose from your original piece of jewelry. We also offer recommendations on the best options available. 

Yes. If you have additional gold or platinum jewelry you would like to send us, we will gladly credit the current market value and apply this amount towards your new custom piece. Any gemstones or diamonds removed from your old jewelry can be incorporated in your new piece or returned back to you. At this time, we do not credit for silver, gemstone or diamonds. 

Our studio stands behind our craftsmanship and offers a lifetime conditional warranty for custom designed, heirloom redesigned and made-to-order jewelry.

Our studio welcomes extensive client input throughout the design process. It is important that we agree on each step before moving to the next. This ensures that you will receive a beautifully made, custom piece with no surprises.

Much of our current collection of jewelry is made to order, and will ship between 2 to 4 weeks after your order is placed. Some items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. Please refer to each product listing in our shop, as we have detailed specific lead times individually.

Our jewelry is shipped fully insured via FedEx 2nd day with signature required upon delivery. Overnight delivery can be arranged upon request.

For international orders, we use FedEx international shipping services with rates determined based on destination. Shipping charges will apply. The purchaser is responsible for all import and custom duties and taxes. Lead time for delivery of international shipment varies depending on customs processing times. We experience an average of 3 to 5 business days for delivery to most international destinations. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. 

For heirloom redesign clients, we offer complimentary FedEx 2nd day service to ensure your items are safely shipped to our studio for evaluation.

We are located in historic Chinatown in Downtown Manhattan. Our workshop is available for private scheduled appointments. Please reach out to us if you would like to stop.

Please note that items shipped within New York State or purchased at the studio are subject to New York Sales Tax of 8.875%
