Each item is handmade in-house and lead times vary according to style. 
You can see lead times for each item on the item's listing page. We will contact you immediately if there are changes or delays to our estimated production lead times.

Shipping includes expedited service and insurance coverage. For security we require signature upon delivery and recommend that our customers inspect the shipment immediately for damage or signs of tampering prior to acceptance.

RETURNS 

Something not right? Contact us immediately, and we will walk you through our return process.
Returns or exchanges are available, minus shipping costs, within 10 days of receiving your order. All custom orders are final sale and are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
Returns must be in perfect condition.
 
No merchandise will be accepted for return without prior confirmation and authorization. To ensure a timely and seamless process, do NOT send merchandise back without contacting us first.
